I only collect personal data that is necessary to operate this portfolio website and to respond to enquiries.

• Contact form data: name, email address and message content that you submit via the contact form.
• Direct emails: any information you choose to send to me by email.
• Technical / usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access, pages visited). These are collected by the hosting infrastructure for security and diagnostic purposes.
• Security + anti-spam data: the Cloudflare Turnstile widget on the contact form may process technical information (for example IP address, browser characteristics and interaction data) in order to distinguish real users from automated bots.

3. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

I process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Legitimate interests: to operate and protect the website, prevent abuse and ensure security.
• Consent: when you choose to submit the contact form or email me, you consent to the processing of that information for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
• Legal obligations: in case I must retain data to comply with applicable laws or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

These providers process data only on my behalf and according to applicable data protection laws.

• Contact form messages and email conversations are kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting collaboration.
• Server logs are typically kept for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting, after which they are automatically deleted or anonymised by the hosting infrastructure.
